The number one problem that everyone has they are trying to drop body fat, is theyre not eating enough. I tell my clients, if they have to make a choice between not working out that day to do their schedule or not eating their meal or meals? I would tell them to skip the workout and get in the meals in. Eating these nutrient dense foods is a workout for your body to break down! So in the future, if youre gonna miss a workout or miss a meal, miss the workout! Get those meals in!!
