When it comes to healthy nutrition ive come across three keys...a) the quality of the food i eat ...ie its nutritional value ...b) the quantity of the food i eat ...ie...the portion sizes ... and c) the timing of the food i eat ...ie...when i eat. I def dont have to get all three perfect but the better I get at managing these three keys the better I feel, the better my health will be and the easier it will be to reach my goals.
