When it comes to nutrition, exercise, fat loss or just a healthy lifestyle, you have 2 options: 1) Eat well, workout a bit, indulge occasionally, feel amazing. OR 2) Dont. Thats it. But the thing is, if you choose option 2, you dont get to complain. You dont get to say things like Im so fat, I hate my body, and I wish I were in better shape Stop making yourself and others miserable by constantly being negative about your body. You can live a fit lifestyle or live a less fit lifestyle--the choice is completely, 100% yours. At the end of the day, the choice is yours. Im not saying you have to pick option 1 and I would never belittle someone for choosing option 2. But what I am saying is that you have to be honest with yourself and the consequences of your choices!
