When it comes to working the lower body, I am a huge advocate of prioritizing big multi-joint lifts. Squat, deadlift, lunge, etc, heavy and often. - However, I also like to give my glutes extra attention without always blasting my legs, so I typically add in some extra booty work between sets almost daily. (As @jensinkler says, trying to give my buns their own zip code) - Froggies are one of my favorite exercises to throw in. Try it without weight first, and then add a dumbbell between your feet if youd like. - Knee angle doesnt change; youre flexing at the hips, and then squeezing through your glutes as you push the soles of your feet upwards, with a slight pause at the top. - Try 3-5 sets of 10-12. I work these in between upper body exercises. Let me know how it goes! #cakecakecake
