When little girls are born, its expected that they will have their daddy wrapped around their little finger. I was lucky enough to not only have my daddy wrapped but also have my uncle wrapped just as tightly. He was right there for me when I was home alone and wanted some Mac and cheese or an omelet cooked. He took me to dance lessons every week and would even sit in the car at the city ball fields for hours upon hours while I played with my friends. When I wanted that chicken strip box from short stop or a little Debbie cake when my mother wouldnt let me have one, I knew just who to go to. But even with all the things I could get him to do, there was one thing that was near about impossible to get him to do, and that was to hear him say he loved you. He didnt have to say it though because he showed it through everything he did for me. I was blessed to have such a wonderful uncle that wanted more than anything to be a part of my life. I will miss him greatly.
