When meditating.... When you follow the new age instructions to pull down light from above to fill you body, you are filling it with artificial light from the dark matrix. You ARE light. You are a Spark of the Divine. The light is already inside of you. You merely have to become aware of it, and radiate it out into the world.... The same goes for protection. You dont want to pull light from above to place around you. Rather extend your inner light to form a golden-white shield around you... Be blessed....
