When monologue changed to dialogue its wise to respect its principle. Take your time to SINCERELY understand people, situation even a write up. It helps prevent misjudgement. You dont have to jump to every argument. You dont have to quickly draw conclusion. Ask questions if necessary, to avoid misconception. If the situation or article is of interest to you in any way or whatever form. It will be wise to draw from your wealth of knowledge, if indeed you have; of patience, of analytical thinking, of checking with God, of asking question, of viewing issue from anothers perspective, of careful consideration, of giving yourself the chance to be corrected in case you were wrong. God resist those who are blinded with pride to think their thinking, doctrines, perspective are the only way. Fools are not labelled but they are easily identified. What do you turned to when people dont agree with your views? Someone once said to me, I strongly believe youve not given your life to Christ. What a conclusion! simply because we differ in opinion. Though that conclusion got to me a little but Ive made up my mind that no bitterness will find root in me. Which makes reconciliation not far fetched for me. I MUST fulfilled my own side of the bargain with God whether people accept their own part or not. There are times when divided opinion does not mean division of spirit. The problem may be in the delivery of views. Its worthy to note that though we may find comfort among those who agree with us but we find growth among those who dont. Extra mile is never crowded not many goes that far. But you can make a different. Make special effort to get along well and maturely. Isnt it very crucial for a sales person to know when to close a deal otherwise he may lose out no matter how professional he may be. If you think its too hot for your take. Why not move on, wisely draw the discussion to a close instead of nastily concluding on someone God has not finished with. Recognise there is a thin line between deep and dull. The best way to bring out the best in us is to seek and uncover the best in others not by bringing them down because youre challenged. Jesus is the only way.
