When my doctor told me that I had adrenal fatigue, I had NO IDEA what it was or what I could do about it, I just knew I felt like I was literally falling apart. My anxiety was horrible, I was cranky, exhausted, my blood work was all messed up.... I was a mess! I just watched this video and OH MY WORD, it is so good! It is long, but so worth watching!
