When my husband and I got engaged we lived in Alabama. I had been to Yulee maybe 5 times in my whole life, but this was the place we were going to be married! So I starting doing everything I could to find a good photographer! I started by googling photographers in Yulee and found Nichole. At first everything was awesome. She was prompt, answered all of my questions, and helped me plan where to take our engagement photos, since I had no idea where to go. The engagement photos turned out amazing and she got them back to me in about a 3 week time span, which was pretty awesome seeing that she had to mail them to Alabama. I didn’t talk to her from October 2013- June 2014 about a month before the wedding. Everything seemed pretty normal. On the wedding day July 26, 2014, everything was so hectic. We paid for two photographers, Nichole and Amber (her sister), so that we could get pictures of the groom getting dressed and the bride. They didn’t take any pictures of my husband because they were both with me. I brushed it off because at the time that was the last thing I was concerned with. Then right before the ceremony I freaked and asked if she had gotten pictures of all of the set up, because not only did we spend months and thousands of dollars on this wedding, my mother in law was going to open her on wedding rental business. She reassured me that she had gotten pictures of EVERYTHING. I told her on the wedding day I wanted pictures of everything but mainly I wanted a sunset picture of us, (we got married at laytns land-n) and I wanted a picture of us at night under the tree, and I wanted her to photoshop out my tan lines. I noticed Amber wasn’t taking pictures but was videotaping and since we hadn’t gotten a videographer I was grateful. On the wedding day, in the middle of all the fuss I went outside to get a drink, when I realized that the sun had already set. When I told Nichole she shrugged it off and said we def couldn’t get the picture and walked away. Finally later that night I managed to get her to come take pictures of us under the tree, she only snapped two shots before she rushed off. We didn’t hear from Nichole for 1 1/2-2 months after the wedding, so I went ahead and messaged her asking about when she thought she would have them ready. No rush of course. After numerous texts, Facebook messages, and emails she told me they would be finished soon. I got the pictures 3 months after our wedding. When going through our pictures I starting crying. She hadn’t edited out any of our tan lines, for that fact she stopped editing any pictures after pic 99. Remember it was the end of july and we were sweating like crazy! The pictures she got of us under the tree? One was blurry and the other made everything look purple. No sunset picture, only about 5-10 pictures of the set up (no pics of the personalized signs, or of our table set ups, NOTHING!!! Infact she didn’t get any pictures of us with my husbands relatives from Atlanta GA or Miami, no pictures with his grand parents, NOTHING! no pictures of us with the pastor (except during the ceremony, family friends since birth, NOTHING!!!!!!! Then I started asking about the video, since Amber hadn’t taken any photos! Amber wouldn’t answer our texts, Nichole said ask Amber. Finally we had a huge falling out since it ha been months since the wedding and they refused to give us the video. Where Nichole proceeded to inform me that I am the type of person that could never be happy, she only answered me on her spare time (Even though i’ve paid her almost $2,000 already!!!!), and that she couldn’t help Amber wouldn’t get back with me (Even though I signed a contract with Nichole, I paid Nichole.) Then I had to request the print that came with our package. . .after once again numerous texts, Facebook messages, and emails she told me they would be in on. I received the print this week of January 22, 2015 almost 6 moths after our wedding. I never received the video and I’m sure it will be a cold day in hell before I do get it. She never gave us a copy of the contract that she signed, only emailed it to us, and the only apology she ever offered was to tell me I could never be happy. After re-reviewing the contract it aid nothing of a time limit on hen to get the photos back, nothing of the quality of the photos, and nothing about the video. So basically she managed to ruin everything. The day of was so hectic I had no time to admire set up or get to see everyone so I was relying on those pictures to be able to look back!! I thought about taking her to court because It would cost more in court fees to even get anything. All in all DO NOT GO WITH NICHOLE WOMACK AT SNAP SHOT SISTERS, and please please PLEASE review your contracts before you sign them!!!
