When my son got battered for resisting arrest several years ago, I did not ask what color the officers were....I did not protest...I did not riot....I told my son, You should have stayed your a#% out of trouble Not everything is about race. If you are fired from your job, you need to evaluate your work ethic. After all, the same people that hired you are the ones that fired you. It wasnt about race when you were hired. I am not saying all these cases were not about race. I just think it is wrong to ASSUME it was. People should be judged on character...not on color. People should be accountable for their actions...no matter their color. Before you get mad at my post...my roots are American Indian and Irish. Everyone needs to put away the hate and open their eyes and their heart. Rant over. I am turning off my t.v. This is the first year I actually miss hearing Christmas Carols instead of all this hate.
