When one of the three branches of the federal government namely the executive branch refuses to cooperate and provide transparency in the form of requested documents and furthermore pleads the Fifth Amendment when called to testify before congress the result is a constitutional crisis! What the Obama administration is attempting to do is defeat the system of checks and balances written into the constitution by our founding fathers. The attorney general is about to receive his second contempt of congress charge! I believe Rush Limbaugh is on to something big when he asserts that Obama is leading a Coup de tat!
