When our biological families dont function, the only option is to create a family of choice—defined by shared purpose and respect, not blood. Friends are Gods way of making up for family. Never be ashamed of who you are. You have to accept that not everyone is going to love you back, thats why its most important to love yourself. Its not about being what everyone wants you to be, its about being yourself and finding someone who truly loves you for what you are. The only thing that will make you happy is being happy with who you are, and not who people think you are. If you always accept and be comfortable for your flaws, no one can ever use them against you. So dont change just to please someone. Just be simple, original and unique in your own way. Something to ponder on. xo
