When parents randomly stop u to commend ur academy and rave endlessly about the immense benefits they hv derived thru participation in a conditioning programme we had designed and implemented over the past 6months, specifically for competitive swimmers with sights on improving times at regionals... Well the results were astounding( graphed and tracked by the team manager Yusuf Moolla ). Part of the team came to us @SKR and part went to an ex-client of mine who had gone on to become a swimming-cum-conditioning coach in the area. TEAM 1(skr group) improved their times this weekend across board! Results were so impressive that their star swimmer shaved SEVEN SECONDS off his times in ONE season, easing into the finals which he could NEVER make before! Not a SINGLE participant in our programme did not improve on their personal bests! TEAM 2( the opposition )... Graph showed a DECREASE in times throughout the entire group! @ least theres consistency lol... Well done sensei Joey! U did a fantastic job with TEAM LASA! Interviewing the kid after his 7second drop and best swim @regionals he had this to say: All I could think of @starting blocks is Sensei Joeys voice telling me what a CHAMPION I AM and thats all I could focus on, so NO opposition was too tough! Coaching is an artform that few make an effort to understand and truly appreciate. Milestones such as these make us proud of our association with this global fraternity of smart coaches with ONE commonality...PASSION! At SKR WE do not claim to be BORN champions. We take ORDINARY ppl and turn THEM into CHAMPIONS!!! Osu
