When people come to America to become Americans... They need to truly become Americans. Its great to remember your homeland and the traditions of where you came from but once you are an American that is the nation that gets your loyalty and love first. For a school principal to essentially downplay and degrade all things patriotic in our youngest children shows an active effort to undermine our childrens future views of patriotism. Ronald Reagan once said if you despise your military long enough in the end you will have a despicable military. Well the same can be said for despising our own culture or nation. Just my thoughts of course.. So how about those Giants?
