When people look up at the gargantuan old Sears Roebuck Southeast Regional Offices & Warehouse Building in Atlanta, they see a mammoth symbol of the past which dwarfs everything around it. Located on Ponce de Leon inside the Old Fourth Ward district, it was the largest building in the South. It also recently served as Atlanta City Hall East. But what many people cannot imagine is what the finished product will look like and the areas impact it will have when the historic structures transformation into Ponce City Market is complete.
