When people speak ill will of you, behind your back, send e-mails, try to make you look bad, side stab you and talk about in on the sly right in front of you in code :). Just smile and pray, it just means they havent graduated into maturity in Christ on some level. Never let them see you down, especially when it confirmed and God shows you who they are. Pray and keep you mouth off the God is yet working in all of us. Be encouraged, you win in the end, if you hold on and know Jesus Christ as your savior. Now repent and apologize.
