When people talk about Unequal distribution of income n untruth in per capita income statistic in our country, I got this thought. Here it goes; I feel the gap has drastically widened as the prices of immovable properties like land n buildings started to rise due to the concept of urbanization flowed in. The concept of private property, accusation of land is a complete selfish idea. Most of the grt political thinkers like Karl Marx doesnt support this idea of private property. They said, the increase in the value of land is no mans earned income. Land is a natural gift n every person who belongs to the place have right to enjoy the gift. It is the common effort due to which the value of such land got increased. Every individual has made their contributions in making such land so valuable. But the reality did not accept it. Concept of private property took hold in the minds of people. Thus even the natural gift like land is privatized. Individual ownership took control over something like land n in return the rest have to pay for their own belonging while other those who cud take hold of it enjoys it selfishly. Have these properties been kept as free as it is, have the means of production are made access to all equally, have these all own as a common wealth, the situation will be different. Our disparities can be removed. ###free thought ##
