When people you know lose sight of their place in life and when they fall into sin, it’s the time you should reach out and be a friend. Invite them to your house. Invite them to lunch or dinner. Even just a call here and there will let that person know that they’re not alone, and that somebody gives a flip about them. Just make sure that when you talk, you speak some good things. God has fully equipped you with everything that you need to successfully stand against the strategies of the devil. You have immeasurable and unlimited power to defeat every weapon formed against you and enforce God’s will on the earth. Use the restraining power that Jesus has purchased with His blood today and forbid the forces of darkness from operating in your life. Go ahead and arrest the devil! The devil may have a stronghold on your loved ones, but you have power to overthrow him. You can rebuke the devil from blinding their eyes to the light of the Gospel and command laborers of the harvest to go forth and minister salvation to them (2 Cor 4:4; Matt 9:38). You can confidently know that it is God’s will for all to be saved and you can pray for God’s will to be done on the earth as it is in Heaven (1 Tim 2:4; Matt 6:10). You can win your loved ones to Jesus! While most people will agree that God wants them to be a good person and do good works, many of those same people haven’t realized that God also wants them to live the good life.
