When personal care attendant Rhett Hobbs discovered most of the lifestyle activities at his workplace, BlueCross Monterey, were female-oriented, he decided to create Tools For Life, a club exclusively for the men of the facility. Four years later, the club has received recognition at the Government level for its contribution to the engagement of male residents. Aged Care Online sat down with Rhett last week.
