When somebody starts a new job, I like to say: Go get em! Not literally, of course. You dont need to actually get em. I mean, unless thats what your new position requires, in which case, get those bastards! But still, be careful you dont become over zealous in your pursuit of em. You never know if em will press charges. In my experience, em can be quite litigious. So, you should probably hear em out first and maybe give em a break. You know, Im just going to leave this to your discretion. Do your best and if thats not good enough, screw em! But not literally. Good luck! People hate it.
