When the Daystar rises in the morning sky, I think of God’s - TopicsExpress

When the Daystar rises in the morning sky, I think of God’s infinite perfection, and His love for you and I. I thank Him for His mercy. I thank Him for His grace. I thank Him for His influence and the strength to run this race. We cannot bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, a magnificent cluster of stars that rise in the spring at night, to influence the souls of men, in all its celestial might. Nor, can we loose the bands of Orion; a constellation that appears in the winter sky. It brings with it stormy winds, rain, snow, sleet and ice. It binds up the earth, so seeds and roots can’t grow. It binds the hands of men; it freezes and numbs them so. It keeps the children home from school, restrained by winter’s fetter. The seasons cannot be altered by man, like Job, I now know better. Thus, I gladly submit to the sovereignty and power of God; to end my winter, and let my spring begin. LORD O Lord, work your wonders. Amen and Amen again!
