When the USA sneezes, the world catches cold. Mexico sought to quell the Chiapas Indians with a source of employment in the maquilas. This enabled the government to continue raping Chiapas without worrying about destroying the Indian habitat or homeland. Whe the Indians complained about not being paid and other grievances, the maquila moved to another place. This had happened in Juarez and the maquila operator was practiced in this labor fighting move, it also helped that he is connected to the klepto government of Mexico. The Indians from Chiapas began emigrating to the North in search of employment, LA now has quite a few Indigenous people from Chiapas. As for the nonstop illegal immigration in Texas, some of those migrants are asian and arab persons who have paid the Narcos a safe passage fee in the thousands. The families coming in from Central America have also paid a fee with the promise that it can be done and they will succeed in the North. As Reagan once advised, If you dont like your government, vote with your feet. That is what these folks are doing not only here but in Europe as well. GWB advised Americans to go shopping in order to save the economy. That is the purpose of Kim Kardashian and all those reality celebs whose only purpose in life seems to be conspicuous consumption. That is all well and good for the nations businessmen but the message gets down to the masses that cant afford such luxuries as 320$ scotch or whatever LLPOH drinks and they become discontent. The subliminal message of all that advertising is we have it good in America. If all we heard about the middle east is how rich everyone is, everyone a sheik, why we would beat a path to Iraq and Afghanistan in a heartbeat. Instead only a few in the know are over there making money hand over fist. While the poor bastards keep coming to America thinking they will do the same here.
