When the enemy’s fire gets intense, there are times when any good commander will tell a company to retreat. Retreat is better than complete annihilation. Those are the times when you must come off the field for some debriefing, rest and relaxation, and new strategizing for what is ahead. No good soldier of the cross can safety go into battle without tarrying in their Upper Room to receive the anointing. Those times are absolutely necessary. You need to know as a Spirit-filled, Spirit-led believer that you are on track with God. You need the Holy Ghost fire. The Church needs to be under this fire.
