When the forests are destroyed little by little, obviously these kind of things will happen more and more. For hundreds of years SRI LANKA have been working hard to protect its forests/jungles and its wild animals. Last few years so many trees have been cut down by people, some have looked for NIDAN in forests. We know some people have been appointed to protect the forests. But who knows whether they really do their job or do something else. Developing a country doesnt mean it destroys its forests. Hearts of people should develop first. Then they will work hard to protect our forests and wild animals. Elephants doesnt have enough space, food or water in jungles now. Thats why they come near villages, to look for food and water. Most Asian countries have lost their precious forests and wild animals by now. Only Sri Lanka has a little national parks (natural forests). Please do not make any hotels or anything by destroying Sri Lankas green areas. Instead please please try to make more forests. I really do not know whom to tell. Everybody is too busy making money and becoming greedy to be in power.
