When the former Minister of State for Power, Hajia Zainab, lamented that power situation in Nigeria was bedevilled by witches and wizards, most people who could hardly discern her frustrations accused her of incompetence and other unprintable names. But with the recent retrieval of 248 containers of electricity equipment imported by the defunct PHCN and abandoned (to rotten) at the port since 2004, do we need any further proof that witches and wizards have not been doing (and still doing) overtime at the power sector?
