When the media/civil society went along and helped create this BAKSALI Dictatorial Monster, all kinds of violations and fascist crime will happen. All types of damages and harm would be done by the Monster..because that what monster does by nature. The Daily Star/Prothom-Alo, Civil society supported, and were silent in creating of this monster, when the govt were extra-judicially killing, oppressing jamaat, BNP political opponents. When AL started criminalizing and rampant politicizing the state institutions, judicial etc. When AL started using the mukti-juddho/war-crime as political tool to further it misrule and power grasp...when AL violated and deprived the nation from vote and democracy. That is how the Monster got created..while they supported it in their hatred of Jamaat, and loyalty for Indian.
