When the movie Noah came out many of my FB friends took to their keyboards to pound out warnings to others about going to see the film. This post is such a warning! Ive seen this article pop up just enough time in my feed to believe this thing is starting to gain traction so for the benefit of those who havent read it yet let me save you some time. 1. The article is about the new SDA logo which was implemented back in 1997. If you werent alive or like me were very young back then, then this issue may make even less sense to you! The article is about 90% direct quotes from Ellen White followed by an appeal to watch and share the video (which actually has the point of the article which is not shared in the article) and the hope that God will bless ya real good if you do. (my advice if you click this link is to go straight to the video) 2. Once you click the video you will first have to watch a one minute commercial about the Car Bear. Then the actual video will begin with hauntingly ominous music, Thomas Kinkaid pictures with Ellen White superimposed in them, and dire quotes from her writings warning of infiltrators that will come after her death written in red ink on a black background. Its scary stuff all leading up to the revelation that...the white cross in the SDA logo might be upside down! 3. AND THATS IT! The entire point of the article and video is that because there is no line absolutely marking where the top of the cross ends that you should assume that it does not end and is in fact an inverted cross. Once they tell you that the rest of the video is just pictures of inverted crosses in Satanic rituals with a few pics of the pope and other Catholics thrown in for good measure. If you want to dig more deeply into this you can get out your magnifying glass, pencil and ruler for drawing lines between unconnected points, and your copy of Satanic Symbols for Adventists: Guide to Finding the Occult in Any and Everything, and dissect the logo to your hearts content. If youre going to waste time though Id suggest watching the video of the puppy hopping through Walmart on its back legs. Its very cute and will put a smile on your face which is more than can be said for this article.
