And in your journey to seeking that knowledge, if you must reference one of your leaders, make sure your leader isnt mislead him/herself. One way to tell the sign of a great leader is that he/she is not beyond or above making time for you, or doing himself, the things that he/she instructs others to do. # there is no variation of the truth!
