When the pieces of the apartment complex Im living in had the complex resurfaced, One of the foremen for the company doing the work asked if a sidewalk would help, and I told him it absolutely would. He told me a few days later that the owners wouldnt agree to put one in. The existing walkway is in this video, and what happened to me. Im in pain as I post this, but someone said that the complex cant be sued unless theyre warned and are given time to correct the issue. The resurfacing was last year. My feeling is that theyre well aware of the issue, as their own maintenance men use this walkway as well. Any suggestions? I DO live in Kalifornistan. But Im also TRULY injured as a result.
