When the reason and motivation to forge peace is infirm then nothing just and morally right will come out of it. This happened during Corys administration and again now under Noynoys illegal watch. The game is deep and some on the other side are only too aware of the play thus the irresponsible behavior they treat the peace process. As for the Bangsamoro Basic Law, it will certainly be unconstitutional as it is merely the fruit of a poisoned tree, that is the Framework Agreement and its annexes. Justice Leonen and Prof. Ferrer knew that it will not fly legally and the Noynoy dispensation was only too happy to promote it even given that fact. So we are back to the original sin - a morally bankrupted reason and motivation.
