When the state of Ohio found 2 sixteen year old boys guilty of raping a sixteen year old girl, both boys cried their eyes out at the moment of the verdict. EVERY MEDIA OUTLET CODDLED THEM instead of the girl who had been raped. CNN was grieving over the deaths of their football futures. They said nothing of the cemetery growing inside the girl. Or the graveyard where she will bury her trust in men. Rape culture is the worst type of teacher our kids are learning the most from. It teaches women that its their responsibility not to be raped, and that wearing a short skirt is asking for it. It teaches us that its wrong unless someone comes to the rescue -Terisa Siagnatonu & Rudy Francisco
