When the world starts crumbling down around you Everything that you loved seems to be fading away You feel the anger of others words getting through Your heart is breaking, you dont know what to say Should you try to explain should you even try Is it all worth it in the end or should you just go away You feel the tears welling up as you start to cry Your angry, your hurting but theres nothing you can say Many years youve held it all inside denying the truth You think that you have super powers that will see you through Thinking you can change into superman inside a phone booth But in reality your giving in to what is gnawing at you You feel like just throwing your hands in the air Exclaiming what is the use in trying All the memories that once you had to share Now just makes you spend the day crying You walk through you day like nothing is wrong Knowing deep inside you did all that you could of done Will the hurt of losing everything last all that long Will you hold your head up high when all this is done Will you still continue with your daily routine Or will you just give up and let it bring you down Will you become angry at the world, hateful and mean Replacing the happy smile on your face with a frown Can you live like it all didnt matter to you That life will still go on some way some how Whatever happens, to your own self be true Like an actor on stage be a man and take a bow.
