When they address the court issues, presently if you happen to be a gun owner and you end up going through a divorce. Your ex-spouse can create a very bad experience just out of vengeful spite! Until there are better measures addressing false accusations, addressing equal treatment in many of these cases I DO NOT SUPPORT these checks. Having served in 2 branches of service with honor, I had my gun rights, my hunting rights, time out in the woods taken away and I even lost a shotgun that I had saved every penny selling newspapers as a kid so I could go hunting with my Dad! Until women/men are equally addressed, until false accusations from spiteful vengeful spouses or even anti-gun supporters. Gun owners are the responsible group! This gun owner has experienced the harassment, the constant invasion of my rights. Go after the illegal drug dealers, the illegal Fast N Furious set-ups!
