When things are darkest, dont look beyond the horizon, just look right in front of you. Its very scary not to be able to see any improvement in the future. You can see your next step, just focus there. I feel so lost and helpless at times. You are probably thinking how is that possible? As you have seen with Robin Williams and others, everyone (I mean everyone) has challenges and difficulties that make them feel helpless & hopeless thinking about the future. Whenever I feel this way, I try not to think that far out because the feeling overwhelms me. I try to think about today and how I can do my best to get through today. If you are feeling lost or hopeless, realize you arent alone. There are people who love you and God who loves you and He will give you the strength to get through today.
