When u vote, u vote for party or candidate ? If u vote for party then u vote for ideology and behavior of party but i feel, at present there seem to be not a single party which fits into this also. Even AAP may fit in ideology but it fails in behavior. So one is left with either chose the best candidate among those available or vote for NOTA. When u chose among best candidate what u look for ? U definitely would give preference to a local candidate whom possibly u must have known or at least who is available if need arise or who is reachable. A outside has little emotions with local issues or even may not aware of them so least is expected from such candidates. His motive is just to win one more seat for party or has come to this constituency expecting it to be safe. This candidate would not be available as local resident neither after winning nor after losing. He is cheating on locals whether he is Modi or AK. Even when one has decided to chose a local candidate, the question comes thus this candidate deserve to be elected for a important position such as LS. Candidates past record of any social service, education, intelligence, his vocation and background (No Aam admi would like to vote and support a dynasty rule to continue ). And after all these analysis again if there is no satisfactory answer, then best is to vote Nota and if in this election NOTA gets substantial number of votes, may be by next election election commission may be forced to decide something more positive with NOTA votes.
