When was the last time you had a good laugh? Research has shown health benefits of laughter ranging from strengthening the immune system to relieving stress. Don’t get caught up in lifes frustrations. How many times have we looked back and thought about how crazy we got over a situation that never happened or wasn’t nearly as bad as we had envisioned?
