When we are already facing a garbage crisis which even our IITian CM is helpless about, the public will be making matters worse by burning Narkasuras in the middle of roads. A solution for this is so simple, and I am not even an IITian. : Make all Narkasura committees maintain a deposit which will be returned to them only after they have cleaned the mess theyve left behind. But I guess the plan is to just send a couple of MLAs to Kuala Lumpur or Singapore and learn how they handle this problem.
