When we are asked to condemn, for example, striking Kenyan workers - TopicsExpress

When we are asked to condemn, for example, striking Kenyan workers during WWII, we are asked to fully subordinate their perspective to ours--we are directly denying them as having a valid perspective and thus engaging in a sort of discursive imperialism. This is not to downplay the unique evil of the fascist regimes, rather I am saying we need to understand that there were more stories of the early twentieth century than the Western one.
