When we are trying to teach advanced concepts it sometimes is necessary to create fictional fantasy stories legends and tall tales since the human mind is limited and can’t grasp some ideas without a clear image in the mind. The student needs to visualize an object in the thoughts while listening to the information. Analogy and Metaphor and Simile are tools that can help the student to understand. In advanced Science it isn’t likely that electrons protons atoms and molecules are exactly as they are described. In advanced studies the teacher is still searching for the facts, so that teacher is not able to know what is not yet discovered. Someone who insists that all that is not true is a lie may as well come to the conclusion that Science is a lie since the images we create in our minds to visualize that which is invisible will likely turn out to be in some way inaccurate.
