When we came back to Redruth 30 years ago, we could hear the occasional blasting from Carr Marth Quarry lorry loads of grant taken to it destination. the blasting had been carried out since the mining days in Redruth, A beautiful day we took a lovely walk to Carr Math. I think our ancestors would be very proud, at what we have achieved with a disused quarry. The wild life in and around the ponds and the lake which has been created by nature with a little help from the local people of Redruth. We also have our own little Minack Theater.
