When we do not see the grey between the black and white, all we have is violence in the name of protection, shaming in the name of correction and punishment in the name of justice. This man who stole the bag and was pinned down was subjected to all of that in a moment. The least we can do is be compassionate and reasonable while trying to protect, rehabilitate and uphold true justice that reconciles. Lastly, please leave the saliva for your own digestion.
