When we fall in love, we are filled with joy at the onset and expect all to work out perfectly to our self designed template. When, after a few months of relationship, we find that were still unfulfilled, we blame our partners and take up with somebody more promising. This can go on and on until we admit that while a partner can add sweet and memorable dimensions to our lives, each of us are responsible for our own fulfillment. Everyone is a masterpiece in progress, with strengths and weaknesses. Nobody else can provide our true fulfillment for us, and to believe otherwise is to delude ourselves dangerously and to program for eventual failure every relationship we enter. Relationships dont thrive on perfection of couples, only requires for both partners to let go of pride, critical spirit; imbibe humility and knees that intercede. I pray you find true fulfillment in your relationship.
