When we heard yesterday that Coles is alleged to make up a profit shortfall by demanding it from suppliers one day, we thought how lucky we are. We never went down that road and we deal one on one with independent stockists and store managers. We know a lot of them by their first names, generally they want the best products not just the cheapest and they never hassle us to use cheaper ingredients, and everyone is positive and friendly. So make sure to drop in to a pharmacy or health store from time to time so that there is a good choice of products and advice. And thanks to all our stockists for their ongoing enthusiasm like Fundies in Lismore (they made a comment earlier today that made us think of this).
