When we hold some position @ some or other place/organisation it becomes our necessity to maintain the dignity of that status by our ideas & work. one should do it so that when you are at the stage of transferring the responsibility to your successors, they can easily get a target,an example and a limit to work even iff they dont want.Do something so good that your idea rule even when you actually dont.To my view this is the best way to keep any system in tune.......hold true...WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY.
