When we received photos back from our Tooth Fairy Express project, we noticed how many of the children had shoes in a very poor condition, and that some had none at all. This inspired our Mi Hermanita project - with the money we raised at Mother of God Schools harvest party, we were able to purchase 36 pairs of shoes and socks for our little sisters in Guatemala! Again, humungous thanks to the Amanecer de Criste Church for their generous help and for buying shoes for Guatemalan boys as well. We will share more pictures when the shoes arrive in Guatemala!
