When we started a couple of months ago Robs best lifts were 170kg deadlift, 145kg squat and a 90kg bench press. These lifts had stayed the same for a good while. We made the weights he used lighter and technique and mobility work became a priority. As his technique and movement improved we increased the weights (Rob is plenty strong anyway!) Today he crushed a 170kg squat, 100kg bench press and a 200kg deadlift. Hes away for a few weeks, looking forward to working with him when he returns. We have a few tweaks to make to technique and these numbers are just going to go up! :D :D #dowork #progress #esskwatt
