When we want to catch a carp, for example, we use different kinds of activators such as attractants or dusty additives to the groundbait. For catching a predatory we want our bait to smell like a fish. There are also mechanical activators, and their work is based on predatory instincts. Long time ago experienced anglers have noticed that predatory fish comes often with an empty stomach. This means that the predator does not beat out all the fish in its area. Having been full, the predator stops, and only a very serious provocation can make the predator to attack. A lure can play the role of such provocation and can simulate the chase, as if one fish is chasing the other one. With this purpose we can use a spinner - bait, for example, or any other kind of double homemade bait. The full pike feels with its sideline that there is another hunter on its controlled territory; the pike will never allow it to happen and will attack instantly. In addition, the container can be filled with the smell of blood substances, for example, or a fishy smell, which will also attract a predator.
