When we went to Vallarta this morning I noted the Ameca River is up substantially, so its been raining upstream in the mountains pretty hard and friends of ours saw lightning around Guadalajara and elsewhere last nite. Early start to rainy season? That seems to be the general concensus, must be El Nino, so maybe the forecast for five major hurricanes for our coast is accurate as well??? Gonna be an interesting summer.
