When working out, you should not use deodorant because you are blocking the glands and lymph nodes from escorting toxins out of your body. This is critical. I know you are worried about the smell, but then consider cleaning the body from the inside out! (See below for my Cleanse). By ridding your body of unwanted toxins & metals, the color & scent (I am being nice with the word “scent” ) will change! Besides, deodorants contain things like parabens, aluminum and many other chemicals that are being absorbed into your glands and lymph system. Not good – these substances have been linked to breast cancer, Alzheimer and more. It is a process. It won’t change overnight… but my suggestion is a gentle detox and to change your deodorant! But especially do not cover it up when you work out – you want the accumulated “stuff” out of your system, not stuck in your lymph area!
