When you are born a street cat, there is so much to learn about life. There is no human to keep you safe, no nice house to call home. I am a little boy called Dutch and I am just 5 months old. I was brought to Soi Dog after being hit by a car. One of the kind local people who feed the stray animals in the area found me by the side of the road and raced me to Soi Dog. When the vets examined me, they saw that I couldn’t walk and that my back legs were splayed when I tried to. I heard them say they thought I had a fractured pelvis but as Soi Dog does not have an x-ray machine, I had to be sent to a specialist hospital, where this was confirmed. I am now back at the shelter and receiving the medical treatment I need in order to make a full recovery. This is only thanks to the few people who joined the Care for Cats Club. Without them, there would have been no hope for me. The Care for Cats Club desperately needs more people to join. As you read this, there are sick and injured stray cats in urgent need of medical attention. Please join the Care for Cats Club so that they too can be helped. Without YOU, there is simply no hope for them.
